At the end of the seminar the Federal Employee is given an opportunity to request a Personalized Benefit Analysis Report. This report provides the employee with the necessary information to make better choices for them and their families and to determine if they can maintain their current lifestyle in retirement.

In order to generate the report the employee is advised to bring the following three statements to the seminar.

  • A copy of their most current Leave and Earnings Statement
  • A copy of their TSP Statement
  • A copy of their Social Security Benefits Statement, if applicable
